Founded in 2000, SARPLAST Industrie is a family-owned industrial company based in Sarreguemines (Grand Est region), close to Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg. SARPLAST is a true specialist in the injection moulding of technical and appearance plastic parts and components.
With more than 90 employees, the company has unrivalled know-how and places its expertise at the service of a diverse customer base made up of major international groups that are leaders in their fields.
Structured to meet the most demanding requirements (highly technical materials, complex assemblies, competitiveness), SARPLAST relies on a broad range of presses from 50 to 1,800 tonnes (50% electric, 100% robotised), as well as state-of-the-art automated assembly resources integrating 6-axis robots and vision-based quality control.
Thanks to a skilled and cohesive organisation that continuously operates within a Lean Manufacturing approach, SARPLAST has high-performing systems backed by recognised certifications valued by customers, and follows a clearly defined CSR approach shared with all employees.
