Our funding
As part of its 2021-2025 strategic plan, SARPLAST INDUSTRIE benefited from the support of BPI France, the Grand Est Region and various financial partners, enabling it to carry out a highly ambitious investment programme aimed at the following objectives :
- Modernisation of the production facilities
- Automation of several assembly processes
- Cross-functional digitalisation of both manufacturing and logistics processes
- Reduction of environmental impact, both in terms of CO2 emissions and waste reduction. (Decarbon’action assessment supported by BPI)
- Improvement of working conditions and safety
Total project amount: €4,100,000. Total grant amount: €1,300,000.
The 2025-2029 investment plan, with support from ADEME, follows the same approach, with an even stronger focus on reducing CO2 emissions and internal waste recycling. This involves :
- New acquisitions of electric presses
- Improved thermal insulation for presses
- Press-side grinders to directly recycle runners and scrap
- Deployment of material distribution systems
- Implementation of a real-time monitoring system to optimise electricity consumption
- Automation of packaging processes
