Our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment policy

Meeting our customers’ expectations while complying with our Quality/Health/Safety/Environment code is an absolute necessity.

Our ambition and our purpose : to satisfy our customers by being agile, technically skilled, economically competitive and high-performing in quality, while developing our employees and acting ethically.

A high level of Quality and Environmental performance is essential in view of the standards we have set for ourselves. It is also a key factor in retaining customers and growing the company. This is why SARPLAST has implemented a Quality and Environmental Management System whose application is essential to our success, particularly in light of climate-related issues.

The targets to be achieved are defined during the Management Review and are monitored through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that are reviewed regularly.

SARPLAST’s Quality and Environmental performance is reflected in its manufacturing, services, technical skills, management processes and the behaviour of its employees.

The SARPLAST strategy is defined through six strategic axes, implemented through Quality Action Plans (QAP), initiated during the Management Review (MR) and throughout the year :

The Quality Manager’s main mission is to improve and monitor developments in the Quality, Safety and Environment Management System. The role also ensures that it is properly understood at every level of the company and remains aligned with customer expectations.
