Injection moulding presses
27 injection moulding machines (DEMAG, JSW, WOOJIN), ranging from 50 to 1,800 tonnes, 50% of which are all-electric, all equipped with SEPRO robots.
In response to climate challenges, our objective is to reduce our environmental impact. As early as 2020, we began transitioning to electric machines, which provide us with :
- Greater injection precision and repeatability
- Reduced energy consumption
- Lower noise levels
- Reduced maintenance costs
With the same objective, we switched our chiller unit to free-cooling technology, replaced our air compressors with variable-speed compressors, and insulated all our barrel heaters to reduce energy losses.

6,000 m² dedicated to order preparation and storage.
